The New Century Community Master Association is responsible for all the community common areas such as the Village Green, the Tot Lot, the 2 entrances off of Century Ave, the Highwood Ave entrance, sprinkler systems, gardens, lawn mowing, natural areas, etc. This means all of the grass and gardens in all the common areas, and all of the New Century signs; they are also responsible for maintaining the architectural and environmental character of New Century, and for making sure all the rights and responsibilities in the master governing documents are followed.
